The time has finally come: today, July 10, at 6 p.m., the second edition of the Maggiora Agri Festival will kick off. The event, organized by Sport Club Maggiora in collaboration with the Piedmont Region, the Province of Novara, the Municipality of Maggiora, Coldiretti Novara and VCO, Campagna Amica, and Maggiora’s local farms, is scheduled for July 10, 11, and 12 at the Maggiora Offroad Arena.
Lots of attractions, great shows, and plenty of information about agriculture
MAF’s goal, just as it was last year, is very clear: to promote a sector that is very important to the Novara area, raising awareness of it even among the general public through various initiatives, many of which are also geared toward children.
New Developments and Confirmations
All the attractions that were most popular in 2025 are back, ranging from a vast exhibition of state-of-the-art machinery to tractor rallies—featuring both vintage (which will take center stage in a parade through the streets of Maggiora on Sunday, the 12th) as well as modern ones, including a highly anticipated lumberjack competition, and culminating in the Educational Farm and the Campagna Amica Market. Also of note is the job matching service at the Coldiretti booth, designed to connect job seekers with employers in the agricultural sector. The booth of the G. Bonfantini State Agricultural Technical Institute, located in Romagnano Sesia, will also be present.
Friday: Coldiretti's "Yellow Night"!
On Friday , July 10 , Coldiretti will also host “Notte Gialla” (Yellow Night): everyone in attendance will be invited to wear yellow, turning the Maggiora Offroad Arena into a sea of color!
One of MAF’s highlights will be its musical evenings, all of the highest caliber: Fargetta will perform on Friday, July 10; Love Generation 90 on Saturday, July 11; and Marianna Lanteri’s highly anticipated show on Sunday, July 12. The final evening will also feature a fixed-price menu showcasing the region’s finest local specialties.
Agrifarm, the big news
The most important new development in 2026 will be Maggiora Agrifarm, a real farm created in collaboration with AGAFIBJ, ARA Piemonte, and ANAFIBJ, featuring many animals that both adults and children will be able to see and learn more about, thanks in part to various initiatives.
Among the new features is the inclusion of Radio Bruno as one of the event’s media partners, while the Food Area has been confirmed and further expanded; it will feature local products and will also include a covered tent with seating for 1,100 people, where visitors can enjoy lunch and dinner.
